1. Who We Are

DNAlyse OÜ is a company registered in Estonia, with its registered office in Tallinn. To the limited extent DNAlyse processes any personal data through this Website (see Section 3), it acts as the data controller for that data.

2. GenSeqTech Is an On-Premise Software Platform

GenSeqTech is designed to be installed and operated on the Client’s own local servers. Because of this architecture, DNAlyse does not access, collect, store, or process any genetic, health, or patient data that a Client processes using the GenSeqTech software — by design, not just by policy. With respect to such data, DNAlyse acts only as a software provider — never as a data controller or data processor — and the Client remains solely responsible, as data controller, for any personal or genetic data it processes using the platform.

3. Information We Collect via the Website

DNAlyse keeps the data it handles through this Website to an absolute minimum. We do not use analytics, tracking, or profiling tools of any kind. The only data we may handle is:

• Business contact information you choose to give us — for example, your name, company, and email address, if you contact us to request information or a demo.

• The single essential cookie described in our Cookie Policy, which keeps the Website working properly and remembers your preferences (e.g. language settings and secure access). It does not identify you personally and is not used to track your activity.

No genetic, health, or other patient data is ever collected or processed via this Website.

4. How We Use This Information

Any business contact information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you as a professional (B2B) partner. We do not use it for marketing profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond that direct communication.

5. Legal Basis

Where DNAlyse processes business contact information you send us, it does so on the basis of its legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries and conducting business-to-business communications.

6. Data Retention

Business correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or maintain an ongoing professional relationship, after which it is deleted.

7. Current Stage of the Business

GenSeqTech is currently at an early stage of development. DNAlyse does not currently offer GenSeqTech as a generally available commercial service, and any institutional pilot or evaluation use is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this Website. This Privacy Policy will be updated as DNAlyse’s commercial operations evolve.

8. Your Rights

Because DNAlyse processes only minimal data, and acts as controller solely for business contact information you provide directly to us, you may contact info@dnalyse.com at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of that information.

DNAlyse does not act as controller or processor for genetic or patient data processed by a Client using the on-premise GenSeqTech software; requests relating to such data should be directed to the relevant Client organization.
